Briefing on the Third Committee to NGOs in consultative status with ECOSOC

The Chair of the Third Committee, H.E. Alexander Marschik, will convene an informal briefing for representatives of civil society organizations in consultative status with the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) on Friday, 29 September, from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., in Conference Room 1 at UN Headquarters.
The Chair of the Committee will brief participants on the programme of work of the session and provide updates on the progress in its work. The briefing will be followed by a question-and-answer segment.
This briefing is open to civil society representatives in consultative status with ECOSOC. Member States, observers and representatives from the UN system are welcome to attend.
Please note that access will be provided on a first-come-first-served basis, only to those who already have UN grounds passes issued to them. No new passes will be approved before 1 October 2023
